NEW YORK, NY - Upon getting into the city I felt a wave of excitement coming over me! Just flying into the city and seeing the beautiful city scene from the air is such an amazing site.
New York City is the type of city that grows up and not out. The city is huge, but personal space is minimal. The Hudson Hotel looks swank and hip from the inside. The lobby even has an open ceiling with ivy and plants strung around. Going up to my room I was excited to see what it would look like.
Even though the room was tiny, it was really neat how they organized it. There were two large mirrors on either side of the room, and as Nate Berkus would have to agree, it helped make the room seem a bit larger than it was.
The Standard Queen that I was in was a total of about 150 square feet. The room had all the necessities that I needed and even included a window to the “bedroom” from the shower. I will say when you are in New York City, the last thing you want to do is hang out in your room! So though it was tight and sometimes difficult to get ready in the morning, I didn’t mind!
See video of my room above! Tell me what you think on my Facebook Page or Twitter!!
